Incoming material inspection

When the bulk materials is coming, Our IQC team will take full inspection for main materials and random checking for accessories such as zipper and clasps based on AQL, we never let the defect materials flow to the production line which lead to the losses for our clients.

In-line production inspection

When the bulk is on line, there will be QC take random checking in line, if the defects rate over our AQL standard, she will stop the production right away until find a way to improve to perfect making; They take patrolling inspection and reported to production manager per 2 hours.

Final products inspection

When bulk products finished and flow to package dept, and our packing team will make cleaning and packing, our QC team involved and take random final inspection based on finished product AQL before packing start. To assure the bags delivered to the clients in good quality

Test in Lab

The lab test is a key process for our QC team to monitor and check the quality better by machine test such as : salt-spray test for metal accesstories, life cycle test for the bags; Just in this way, we can feel confidence to provide the best bags to our clients and set up the reliable partner shipment with the clients all over the world.
